Juniper Emblems

Business As Usual

After 40+ years in the promotional industry, on February 1st, 2012 Juniper Emblems Ltd was sold to Craig Davidiuk by Gordon and Charlotte Davidiuk. The company is now operated from 108 Mle Ranch, BC.  Your order history and artwork remains on file with our company and its "business as usual".

Craig worked at Juniper Emblems for nearly 15 years prior to branching out on his own on the West Coast.

Ultimate Promotions is family business owned and operated by the Davidiuk family. Craig Davidiuk is the third generation in his family to be involved in the lapel pin business that was started in 1971. Craig worked in the family factory for many years and eventually started Ultimate Promotions in 2002 and went out on his own.

In 2012, Craig purchased the family business (formerly called Juniper Emblems - Lacombe) and began a change in business model. They began importing lapel pins and medals and started offering promotional products to a national clientele. Many of our customers have been with us for decades and they span every industry sector, non-profit or sport type.

Courtney joined him at the helm in 2004 and she's the driving force behind the creativity and organization around here. Baby Arlo made three in 2015. They consider themselves "serial entrepreneurs" and also own a campground and hotel called Wonderland Valley Resort

About Us

We've been helping our customers find "just the right" gift for over 8 years. Our philosophy is simple. Most people like the feeling of dealing with a small town operation where you get treated with respect and feel valued as a customer. Likewise it would be great if this same place had the sophistication and creativity of an urban operation. We try to balance the online capabilities of our large online competitors but offer the same service and relationship building that goes on in a smaller shop. We look for win-win situations and focus on customers who desire superior product knowledge and a high level of service. Sure, we'll compete on price but we also want you to value the work we do for you. We like our jobs a lot and we seek customers who are fun to work with.  We look for loyal customers who want to work with us long-term. At Ultimate Promotions, you can expect intelligent suggestion, ideas, opinions and fun!

Craig Davidiuk - Marketing

Craig Davidiuk was introduced to the promotional industry as a kid through his family's lapel pin and medal manufacturing business in Alberta. In the early 90's he heeded the call to 'go west, young man' and a move to Vancouver, BC garnered him a diploma in Media Resources from Capilano University. Stints as an educational video producer and graphic designer in Vancouver during the late 90's, exposed him to other aspects of the advertising industry and creative community. Lured by mountains, fresh air, and scenic vistas Craig departed the city and moved to Squamish, BC where he started Ultimate Promotions in 2002 as a purely online business with a focus on the ad agency, sport, and government markets. Fast forward to today, he's still busy helping all kinds of people scratch their promotional itch with unique imprinted gifts and clothing! An avid traveler, cyclist, and DJ, "Craiger" is a larger than life dude who is a 3rd generation entrepreneur. For professional information, view Craig's LinkedIn profile.

Courtney Driver - Sales

After various adventures in food service, make-up for film, banking, and teaching English in China, Courtney Driver whirled into Craig's life in 2006. It was love at first sight and they were married a year later. Her strengths are her sense of humor and her creativity - she will add color to your day and your promotion. In her spare time Courtney spins fire and hoop dances. Courtney's favorite color is purple.

Shannon Sealock - Art (not shown)

Shannon Sealock has a thankless job. She quietly toils away in the background creating eye-popping art proofs, keeps the web site current and runs logistics on everyones orders. Her “jedi-like” knowledge of lapel pins, graphic design and un-matched ability to extract tracking numbers from every supplier is legendary in our operation. She is also the mother to two boys, so nothing really gets past her.

Shannon is the definition of loyalty and dedication. She has been working with the Davidiuk family for over 10 years and has worked with Ultimate Promotions since 2012.

In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, attends concerts and has been known to sing karaoke on Friday nights.

Melissa Hermiston- Operations Manager (shown on left of photo)

We managed to find Melissa at just the right time. She was moving out of the Lower Mainland at the same time we were looking for Girl Friday. So we all moved up at the same time! Currently Melissa handles the finances and supports our sales and marketing efforts with a bastion of valuable skills.  Previous to working with us she was a newspaper reporter.

Bella is the guiding force behind keeping our feet warm under our desks. In her free time she loves going for walks and chasing a stick or ball around, she's not particular.
