There are two main ways that we print your logo or message on lanyards. Silkscreening or Dye Sublimation.
Silkscreened Lanyards
For each imprint colour, a separate imprint is required. So if you needed a two colour logo applied, there would be two screens and films and set up fees applied to your order. The screen is made by photo imaging a pattern on a special screen. Ink is pushed through the screen in the pattern of the logo. The lanyards are screened with your logo spaced evenly. Our art proof will show you what the lanyard looks like before you order. The red and blue lanayrds above are silkscreened. There is a low minimum order quantity for this product of 50pc.
Dye Sublimated Lanyards
You can get really creative with full colour printed lanyards. There is a different fabric type used that is pure white. Using technology similar to that of an ink-jet printer, colours are injected into the fabric. You can imprint photographs, gradients and any design imaginable. We use the same technology for printing medal ribbons. This process is better for higher quantity orders above 500pc. But we will do as few as 100pc.
