Trade Shows & Conventions

Lanyards are definitely ubiquitous with events. The conference, convention and trade show markets are definitely the biggest consumers of lanyards. Any situation where you have a lot of people that need to be identified with an event, is the perfect time to order lanyards in bulk.  With this lanyard type it's common to add clear badge holders or a lanyard card holder with  branding. We have over a dozen choices for customized badge holders for your next project.

Lanyard Key Chain

Companies wanting to connect with Millennial's and younger audiences definitely benefit from adding a key chain attachment to a custom printed lanyard.  You can select a bulldog clip, lobster claw or even a key ring for your lanyard keychain. This product is also a popular seller in university and college book stores.  We can all agree that keys are probably one of the most used items in our pocket next to a mobile phone.

Lanyards For Artists And Creatives

Nearly thirty percent of our customers are buying our products and branding them with art and re-selling on Etsy.  We have a very diverse and colourful palette to work with. Select dye sublimated lanyards for a creative extravaganza! Pick foil imprints (like The Flash did) on nylon or polyester lanyards. At a price point under $3 in most cases and a low minimum order quantity, lanyards make a great retail item for any online or bricks and mortar store.

Step 1: Pick Lanyard Style

How We Print  Custom Lanyards

There are two main ways that we print your logo or message on lanyards. Silkscreening or Dye Sublimation.

Silkscreened Lanyards

For each imprint colour, a separate imprint is required.  So if you needed a two colour logo applied, there would be two screens and films and set up fees applied to your order. The screen is made by photo imaging a pattern on a special screen. Ink is pushed through the screen in the pattern of the logo. The lanyards are screened with your logo spaced evenly. Our art proof will show you what the lanyard looks like before you order. The  red and blue lanayrds above are silkscreened. There is a low minimum order quantity for this product of 50pc.

Dye Sublimated Lanyards

You can get really creative with full colour printed lanyards.  There is a different fabric type used that is pure white. Using technology similar to that of an ink-jet printer, colours are injected into the fabric. You can imprint photographs, gradients and any design imaginable. We use the same technology for printing medal ribbons. This process is better for higher quantity orders above 500pc. But we will do as few as 100pc.

Step 2: Select Attachments

We offer dozens of choices for badge holder attachments. If you want something different, ask us about the choices. What we list below are the most common and popular selections.

Bulldog & J-Hook

Both these attachments feature  a swivel. The Bulldog is a bit more robust and bit nicer looking. These attachments are also available in plastic upon request.

Break-Away Lanyards

Some clients require this extra safety break-away safety feature. It allows the lanyard to easily open in the event there is any pressure applied.

Key Chain Lanyards

split-ring

Add a split ring for a secure way to carry your keys.

Step 3: Name Tag Holders & Badge Holders

The last decision you need to make about your customized lanyard is what type of name tag or badge holder to choose. There is over 15 different size choices dimensions to select. We can add a logo to the clear vinyl badge holders upon request.
