With past adventures in food service, as a makeup artist in film, banking and teaching English in China under her belt, Courtney burst into Craig's life in 2006, becoming Sales Manager of Ultimate Promotions shortly after. When Craig passed in 2021, Courtney took over as owner. Courtney has many hobbies and passions, including raising her son, going to Burning Man, dancing to music, skiing, kayaking and being with her family and friends. Currently, she is also a PEMF (pulsed electromagnetic field therapy) Practitioner at ultimatepulse.ca

Shannon has been in the lapel pin business for 16 years, having worked for the Davidiuk family in Lacombe, Alberta before coming on board with Ultimate Promotions in 2012. Whether you need an expert eye to refine your pin or medal design, or some quick insight into the logistics of a rush order - Shannon is your go-to gal. Her hard work, friendly demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile for our customers is truly the heart and soul of Ultimate Promotions. She has two adult sons, two adorable and only slightly bratty cats and enjoys attending concerts, Friday night karaoke and spending time with her family. 

Melissa first came on board with Ultimate Promotions in 2016 when she switched gears from a career in journalism to the world of custom pins and medals. She has taken on the roles of finance manager, sales manager and currently social media coordinator. She loves working with customers from all around the world and different walks of life on their unique projects. Though she doesn't have an abundance of spare time - two busy kids and a menagerie of pets to wrangle - she enjoys cross-country skiing, camping, singing and reading when she gets the chance.
